Ever wanted to try a green smoothie but weren’t sure if it would taste good? Try this!

You won’t beleive how good it is and it’s PACKED with nutrition! Since it is blended, it is very easily absorbed and digested. Giving you loads of energy!

High Protein Green Power Smoothie

  • 3 cups of kale or spinach
  • 1 apple cut in small peices
  • 1 cup pineapple or mango chunks (can be frozen) or a combination of the 2!
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime (optional)
  • 1 cube of fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop of vanilla or natural protein powder
  • Add desired amount of water (at least 1 cup)

Blend it all in a blender and your breakfast for champions or post-workout meal is complete! In less that 5 minutes.
