All workouts are follow-along with the Trainer and are the same 45 minute Greco Method workouts that we deliver in studios – Strong, Lean & Fit, Hardcore and Restore. We’ve also added some variety with a new collection of specialty classes – Foundations, Abs & HIIT, Upper Body Sculpt, Mobility and Booty Builder – that range from 20-30 minutes and vary in intensity!

You can see the Trainer and the Trainer can see you so they can keep you accountable, coach your form and technique, and motivate you. All you have to do is show up. Our Trainers take care of everything else and do all the thinking for you to ensure you burn fat, build muscle, and improve how you move.

Full body traditional circuit. Expect a mix of core, cardio and technically challenging movements.

What to expect: FEELING GOOD! Lean and fit is the perfect mix of strain and sweat to leave you feeling rejuvenated after your workout. You will see a wide range of movements, often new ones, that will leave your body feeling nice and limber.

STRONG

What to expect: SORE! This full body strength and muscle building class, when done correctly, will leave those muscles feeling nice and fatigued! The goal here is to push your muscles as you can during your workout so we can build nice lean muscle. This one should have you sweating buckets with some muscle soreness.

What to expect: ABS ON FIRE! This hyper-focused workout is designed to light up that midsection with a hardcore sweat and burn targeting your abs. You will be pushing your limits with high intensity intervals and core sets to failure.

UPPER BODY SCULPT

Full body bodyweight circuit. Low Impact and perfect for members who are just getting back into working out. No equipment necessary!

What to expect: This full body workout will have you moving through all ranges of motion and leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Expect coaches to be real sticklers on form and technique. Trainers will be showing you how to properly activate different muscle groups and perfect your technique. This circuit will lay a solid foundation to start exploring more class styles. Be prepared to break a sweat and feel good.

MOBILITY

Equipment: None necessary, Yoga block and lacrosse ball are beneficial
Target Area: Neck, Spine, Shoulders, Legs, Breathing, Hips

Mobility Circuit targeted towards specific muscle groups.

What to expect: Leave these mobility sequences feeling revived, restored and clear! Expect to gain body awareness and control over your breathing. These sequences will teach you to move optimally through all ranges of motion making you a more resilient human!

RESTORE
