IN STUDIO & AT-HOME
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Each 45-minute class incorporates a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training that is never repeated between one session and the next.
Never will you see a machine in our studios because they aren’t based on realistic movements and therefore don’t translate into noticeable results outside the gym.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We only employ the best movement practitioners to work in our facilities and deliver the Greco Method. In addition to personalized group training programs, our trainers are also available for one-on-one sessions for increased focus on highly personalized and individual goals.

Every Greco studio offers three types of group classes: Lean & Fit, Strong, and Hardcore. Each class has a different set of exercises, routine breakdown, and target focus. We specifically schedule each class in a way that allows you to come every day if you want, because recovery is built into our model. Our continually changing exercise routines make each visit to our studio feel fresh, challenging and above all, rewarding.
Every Greco studio offers three types of group classes: Lean & Fit, Strong, and Hardcore. Each class has a different set of exercises, routine breakdown, and target focus. We specifically schedule each class in a way that allows you to come every day if you want, because recovery is built into our model. Our continually changing exercise routines make each visit to our studio feel fresh, challenging and above all, rewarding.
LEAN & FIT
Our traditional circuit style class focuses on more technically challenging core and cardio exercises. Lean & Fit is designed to improve how your body moves and the speed at which you can recover. Each class consists of eight carefully selected stations with a bonus section added after each completed circuit.

STRONG

Strong is the repetition-based version of our traditional circuit-centric training program. Members go through the workout at their own pace, and Greco trainers focus on each lift to ensure proper form and muscle efficiency. Workouts utilize a mixture of high and low volume reps to develop strength and build muscle in a balanced approach. Cardio is periodically included to ensure clients are consistently within their target heart rate zones.
HARDCORE
Hardcore is the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) version of Greco’s traditional circuit program. Each class consists of 10 stations with 75 seconds of intense training at each station. More dynamic movements are combined with maximum effort intervals to give clients a maximum calorie burn per session.
