Before you begin, take some time to chat with your trainer about any concerns you may have and catch up with fellow members. Your trainer will go through the different movements, demonstrating proper form and will explain how the day’s class will run. Then it’s time to get down to work. Depending on the day, you’ll start one of our circuit-style routines – Lean & Fit, Strong, or Hardcore.
Beginning with a warmup to get you loosened up and your heart pumping, you’ll start 45 minutes of intense, calorie-crushing and muscle building exercise.
If at any time you have a question, want to make sure your form is correct, need a spotter, or aren’t quite sure what you’re supposed to be doing at each station, just reach out to your trainer for support. Chances are they’ve already noticed you need assistance and are right there helping you work through the routine.
You’ll always be in control and can go at your own pace, but your trainer will push you to accomplish more than you ever thought possible. Next up is a quick cool down and post-workout stretch.
